Grace Reid is the eldest of 7 children and has always seen herself as a caretaker. She's a graduate of Ivanna Eudora Kean High School in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and earned her Degree in Criminal Justice from Edward Waters College in Jacksonville Florida. She thought about becoming an attorney, but that all changed after working at a summer camp in the 80's.

Since that time Ms. Reid continued to work with children and young people as a Social Worker, Case Manager, Counselor and Mentor. As the mother of 4 daughters she has no greater pleasure than sharing and helping shape individuals to become the best person possible. She has been blessed to work around people who share this same passion. As a member of My Brothers Workshop, her passion continues to burn.

Scott Bradley - Founder

Scott Bradley is an Industrial Engineer who retired with his wife Susan to St Thomas in 2002 from Kittery, Maine. He has 35 years in the manufacturing industry in which he was responsible for operations management, training, and technical research & design. As part of the community he spent many years working with young adults that were “at risk,” “high risk,” gang members, and juvenile re-entry programs. His Christian values and commitment to helping disadvantaged youth drives his passion for community service. Mr. Bradley has cultivated hands-on collaborations which see public, private and faith-based organizations joining together to focus their resources on the youth that are most in need of prevention and intervention services. In 2024, Scott retired from MBW, leaving behind a lasting legacy of compassion, leadership, and community service that uplifts the lives of many in the community.
