Meet LaToi
"I believe that MBW is important for the USVI because it helps our younger generation to change their lives by providing them the opportunity to learn different trades for everyday life. MBW helped me accept the keys to maturity and responsibility, job-wise and in life itself. I learned about responsibility, leadership, maturity, growth, being a mentor for other kids, patience and the trade of carpentry. MBW has been a very big aspect of my life. It changed me for the better. Being the foreman for the MBW Cafe was my favorite program. FRom what I learned at MBW, I found a career path....dreams do come true!"

LaToi was a trainee with MBW for 2 years and became a Junior Trainer and then eventually a trainer, for a total of 4 and 1/2 years with MBW, and now, she is practicing carpentry with home remodeling in the Georgia area.
